Client services include, but are not limited to:
- Accounting (Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements, Account Payable ensuring appropriate coding of invoices. Process of non-paying account together with the association's attorney
- Assist & provide a detailed analysis of the Association's budget, contracts and Insurance coverage in order to minimize costs to your Association.
- Collection of Maintenance fees and/or Special Assessments.
- Preparation of Meeting Notices & Packages
- Vendor Evaluation and Supervision
- Weekly site inspections, with reports, by trained/qualified property managers
- Day-to-day operations of your association
